The tent came on one pallet, which was inspected for damage as instructed. However, not all the pieces were present on the pallet (missing two of the 14'6" poles needed to assemble). Luckily we were able to use poles from our old tent, but not pleased to have missing parts on this shipment.

Excellent Tent Not Transportable
When I place the order, I talked to the representative as to a very good tent that would last. However, I also needed the tent to be transportable from event to event. I did not know that 4 tent poles would exceed the 12 ft. close trailer. I contacted sales two plus weeks ago to return and was told by the representative that there would be a 25% restocking fee. I agreed. No one has reach back to me for return options.
