I really like the way it looks it's red and it's beautiful. I have an electrically operated potato peeler, but I really wanted a manual peeler, because if, GOD forbid, there's a power outage, I can easily go back to basics (somewhat)😊 The manual apple/potato peeler does more than just peel fruits and vegetables. It's it's great for food preparedness. It's sturdy and will not slide all over my counter. Actually, I like this Apple corer/peeler because it goes what I wanted to do and it takes less time than setting up the electric one. In summary, it's reliable and time saving.

It's made me eat more apples.

When I ordered this tool, I wondered it I made a mistake spending on something that might turn out to be used as a door stop. When it arrived, I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. The cutters are sharp, so just be careful. It does exactly what it claims, much easier and quicker than expected. Definitely will be used in the future. I am pleased with it.

This is exactly as described! I easily peeled, cored and sliced 15 apples to use in my crockpot within about 10 minutes. Very easy to use.

Easy set up. Stays where u put it . I do lots of apples every year and it's easy clean up.

We ended up with two so we had to return this one, but the other one worked fine. Was able to process several apples and make a couple of apple pies from our apple tree.

I was given 6 lbs. of Granny Smith apples and the thought of peeling, coring and slicing them with tremors in my hands made me dread making pies, crisps and cobblers with them so I ordered this peeler. It was delivered quickly and instead of taking 25 minutes to peel core and slice one apple with my tremors (from a stroke) it took less than 25 minutes to do all six lbs. It peeled them and cored them perfectly and the slices were uniform, not too thick or thin. It took me a little while to figure out the instructions because they are NOT clear at all but after I did, I really love this peeler. Finding the right lever to move the core shaft was a trial-and-error process and I wasted three apples until I realized it is the lever almost below the crank that releases it. The pictures were no help at all. Other than that, it is great for what I needed and instead of avoiding buying apples in the stores because of my disability, I will now be able to make my favorite pies and desserts without spending hours getting the apples prepared to use. Filled my freezer full of prepared pie fillings. BTW the suction bottom works very well to hold it in place so you don't have to chase it all over the counter. LOL

Came in a sack and flimsy box. All bent up and very cheaply made. I returned it.
