Surprisingly Useful
My sinuses are a wreck 50% of the year and my poor husband has to put up with my snoring. So I decided to try these. He said I haven't snored once since I started wearing them.

Did not work, and painful.
Got these for my snoring husband. He tried them for one full night and that was it. Said it was too painful, and he's not exactly a wimp so … oh well. Didn't seem to make a difference anyway. Would not recommend
