Out of the box plays, no need to tune, and only tried 10% of instruction manual says keyboard does. I'll continue learning the rest in the next year with pp guarantee to ease my mind.

It has most all the options I was looking for. I bought it as a gift for my son. We are both very happy.

bought this to use as a portable midi controller and it works alright for that. the stand is real good. only a few minor issues: 1) headphones were missing. Couldn't get them shipped but was given a partial refund 🙂 2) some stickers were missing, but I only use 7 of them and those were there so i dealt with it🙂 3) instructions seemed to be for a different model and were confusing. Couldn't get help with that so i figured it out 😐 on a positive note the unit was nicely packaged. the stand and gig bag are good quality. keyboard folds and unfolds easily and has great action on the keys. I will most likely keep this and do recommend it as a midi controller, but not for a stand alone keyboard since you have to scroll through the tones instead of just selecting the one you want and it is very quiet without a midi device or external amp. I would suggest the v-30 if you want a stand alone for beginners.

if you're a musician, youll feel somewhat gyped because the description isnt accurate. plus its missing the headphones. it is not fully weighted. the sound could be louder. it also cannot be played WHILE charging. you must unplug it because some of keys wont work. i do like that it can hold up if we travel and my daughter needs to practice. it works for that. i like that it can be charged up and it comes with a stand. the bag is good touch so the keyboard stays safe during travel.

AMAZING FOR BEGINNERS. My kids set the keyboard stand up themselves and started playing right away. Youtube is your best friend for learning songs and labeling the keys. The manuel also shows how to label. youtube has a ton of videos that they can play along with. There is also apps it pairs with. Once they get the muscle memory they play with ease. It was missing the earbuds which was the reason for 4 stars.

Looks pretty, but without earphone.

I wanted a piano for a beginner. This electric piano looked good out of the box but sounded tinny. After setting it up and using it for one day, one of the keys wouldn't make any sound when pressed. Items were missing from the box. Maybe it was previously returned. I retuned it and bought a better one.

missing parts! no instructions for stand assembly. missing headphones and everything, only came with charger and stickers...
