This eye cream provides immediate action for under eye shadow %26 puffiness. It is very hydrating to your skin. The pump on the small jar did not work on the one I purchased which was a disappointment but was just a malfunction so I just screwed the lid off %26 use a q-tip to obtain %26 apply.
Neutral first time trying a product like this so I have nothing to compare it to but I like it just fine I would recommend it to anyone man or woman
