Great ingredients in the desirable form for bioavailability and effect. small size, yellow liquid capsules. cant taste anything. Im not sure whether having it in liquid form is better for quality tho and liquids are more susceptible to degradation from heat etc.

Supplement does as prescribed. No issue with taste. I take 1 tablet dosage daily after a meal. Naturopath prescribed it to me and the benefits. Normal size capsule. Quality and ingredients are on point. I have no issue recommthis to any of my family or friends

I bought 3 of these for my mom and brothers with hypertension. Got some effect from my older brother which he's getting lower blood pressure compared to not taking any drug. Still a long way to go and will continue to observe it as my mom and other brother have not had any noticeable effect. Great composition of Vit. A D3 K1 K2. Highest K2 in a serving I've seen here.
