I decided to document the food that I ate in this review comment. So people like me who struggle with digestive problems can decide whether this capsule is good for them or not. Today I had one capsule after a meal of rice with lamb and a bit of lettuce with tomatoes on the side. This food is normally gentle on my stomach but not if I had any desserts. I had 2 pieces of chocolate. This would usually leave me feeling very uncomfortable and bloated with visible baloon tummy.
