I've only tried for like a week, and I've found my hot flashes has become less. But then I had a minor surgery that made me cannot take any supplement with chinese ingredients in it so I will wait for while and try it again later. But so far I think this is a good product and has many useful ingredients in it.

I am entering peri-menopause. I thought I would be proactive and take a supplement to balance me before things change drastically. I took for a month. The tablets were easy to digest however it made me more estrogen dominant with heavy periods and cramping. It took 3 months off being off them for my cycle to regulate and balance to my normal. Did not work for me sadly.
