It also includes a very high dose of vitamin D, and I also get vitamin D from other supplements, so I typically take just one of these per day instead of the recommended two. This allows the supply to last longer (60 days instead of 30, as otherwise it's not a very big size). Excellent quality product that combines so many important ingredients, so you don't need to buy several other products.

I started to take these 2 weeks ago but already seeing the results and benefits of these pills. No taste, good size pills, easy to swallow

I bought this for my stomach issues , I've used it when needed or when I have stomach ache or trouble digesting food . the size is great , it lasts me a whole year because I don't take it consistently, only when necessary. the ingredients contain vitamin D with aloe vere gel, it did help increase my vitamin d, which is a bonus. I recommend this to anyone with stomach issues, it has its benefit.

I cannot see the big difference between before and after. It's reduced bloating somehow. But didn't made big improvement to be honest as I was expecting. Alright for one time trying but I won't be purchasing it again.

This either did nothing or made my IBS symptoms come back. I've been using gastrocomfort which works excellent. I decided to give this mixture a try and my IBS symptoms came back. I went back on the gastrocomfort and the symptoms went away.
