I just started my sourdough journey about a month ago, I have been putting off buying all the extra things that so many others got right away. When I saw this set I figured why not. I've been using bowls to put my dough into the fridge, and was wanting to get a a couple bannetons to use instead, this set has everything you need and has good quality items. Definitely worth the money.

This sourdough starter kit has everything you need—no extra purchases required. The glass jar has clear measurement markings, and the included rubber band makes it easy to mark the starting volume so you can track fermentation at a glance. The whole set comes in a compact box that takes up very little storage space. Highly recommended!

i really like all the tools needed for making bread. Surprisingly good quality. Going to buy my daughters each one.

this is a very complete set for sourdough starters, we already made a couple of breads and we didn't need anything outside of what this set has. very useful and good quality items. get this!

Comes with everything needed to make a sourdough bread. comes with a recipe book as well. Good with biginers like me who id trying to make a first bread.

Ordered from Walmart site. Package sat for over a week in seller's inventory. Never shipped, no communication. Do not order from this vendor.

Bought this for my sourdough journey and I'm so happy with it!!! Really good price compared with other online stores and really good quality!! Used already couple times and it's exactly what I was looking for. If you bake and are on the sourdough journey, you need this!!!

This is a set with many pieces of useful tools. I had started baking breads with starters last month, made a few bread loaf and felt ready to commit to this new hobby/skill. It's time to invest in a proper set of tools. This set stood out to me for its variety, as well as price. The baskets are NOT plastic, but made with fiber, which is great for breathability. The brush, stirrer, tall spatula, fabric covers, etc. are also great, very handy to have for the process. A surprisingly nice little thing I found in the set is a black strip with temperature points printed on it, and it changed with the ambient environment temperature to show me exactly what I am working with for a more informed fermentation process of my dough. Temperature play such a big role and this little strip helps tremendously! I taped it on the wall near the spot I work my doughs for convenience. The lame works, and comes with 5 blades. Will need to buy more blades down the road but so far so good. Overall, I am quite happy with the set. Definitely a great beginner set.

This sourdough starter kit has everything you need, especially if you're just getting started with baking sourdough bread at home. The quality of the items is great, and the kit makes the whole process feel much less intimidating for beginners. I'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait to start baking fresh homemade sourdough bread. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to make their own bread.
