This product has ben good for me. I haven't noticed any side effects. I mix it with carrot and apple juice , I add to smoothies.

Barley Grass Juice is EPIC!
Best Barley Grass Juice Powder EVER!!! I feel phenomenal drinking barley juice on empty stomach. Super alkaline, natural mood lift, lowers inflammation and energizing at the same time. 1lb is a great size for the price too. One of the best things on the planet!

great addition to my yogurt
I sprinkle about a 1/2 tsp on my greek yogurt bowl, It adds another dimension to the mix ins of blueberries, nuts and flaxseed.

healthy but hard to mix
started giving this to my picky eater toddler and he eats so well right after BUT the only downside is that its so hard to mix it in milk. it would clamp in chuncks so you need to shake the bottle really well until it bubbles which is not a good thing. the powder itself has small chuncks too inside the packaging.

Smells bad, foreign object in package!
I have ordered 4 of these. This last one I received smells bad. The other ones didn't have a strong smell. It almost smells like this is something different. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it has a very strong smell. The color is lighter than the other ones I received. Also, found something white in it. I don't know what's wrong it is but it crumbled when I touched it. Pretty sure that's not supposed to be in there. Won't repurchase!
