It is good quality and affordable

The order was packaged and delivered in timely fashion. The packaging is easily resealable or the contents can be stored in glass containers. The Flax Seeds arrived fresh and ready to go! Very happy with the ease of ordering and the subscribe and save options.

I use flax seed for the fiber and other health benefits. Can't say this is any better than other brands I've purchased in the past but it is grown in either the USA or Canada so it should be safer than from some foreign countries.

I love them golden flax it is fresher and agree the you have more zip in your step. Was always told the gold was nutritious and doesn't seem to go ancid as the brown ones do. Definitely will buy more nd recommend to others.

Good, fresh seeds. I grind them up to use in low-carb baking. I like that they are supposedly third-party tested, and are hopefully found to be low in cadmium.

Hi quality, nutritious and good value

I gave the review 3 stars out of five, as it was delivered in an open box at the entry way of my building instead of to my apt door as requested. I can not wait to start adding flaxseed water to my diet. I already grinded a tablespoon of flaxseed in my blender with hot water to drink.
