I think I actually noticed it rejuvenated me a bit
I take a mixed berry powder near daily and often a multivitamin with plenty natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatories added but I swear I felt a bit better starting to use this, at least I think so. Tart taste but I wasn't taking it for taste (I was drinking it straight not even in a smoothies).

nessesary supplement
I muscle test all my foods and supplements and Triphala powder comes up every day to add to my smoothy. I trust Terrasoul products and have ordered several powders

Tridoshic Rasayana
Triphala has this Ayurvedic classification, a rasayana.It is a healing product that can be used indefinitely for overall health. Terrasoul triphala is a fine product.

Wonderful smoothie addition!
The taste goes perfectly with my fruit smoothies. Every Terrasoul product I have ordered this far (I've ordered a lot) has been fresh and high quality!

Triphala is surprisingly delicious.
Amla user now for long time. The taste of triphala when dissolved in water is slightly more bitter, but doable. Happy.
