Never again!
First let me say Walmart is one of my go to's for figures and collectibles. In this case they dropped the ball not only once but twice. 1. They delivered the wrong figure 2. When I went through the process to complete my return to either get my money back or an exchange for the correct item. The online service provided me with a barcode and return to any local store. When I went to my local Walmart, customer service said the barcode was for the figure I had purchased..I said I know this is the figure I received and they said I would have to get out of line and call 1-800 Walmart to confirm my return...absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say but I probably won't be using the delivery service through a Walmart again. And the matter was never corrected.
