After receiving this product I placed some at each potential point of entry of insects around various places in my home. With Spring coming on this annually seems to be the time for an influx of insects and I have not noticed any as yet. Therefore I conclude that this product is working!
Product is a powdery substance inside the 2 ¼” tall plastic bottle. The applicator is a spring inside the plastic nozzle. When opened fully, the bottle measures 6 ½” long. Nozzle bends. Living in a townhouse we share walls with neighbors. For years, in the spring, we get these enormous silverfish that come up from the drains in the lower-level tub and they like to crawl up to places you just can't reach. So creepy! Spouse puffed (sprayed) along the foundation areas near the doors and along the outside brick areas and crevices windows leading up to the kitchen windows. Every spring, the ants get into all of the townhouses in our row. It's weird. We started seeing the silverfish and ants last week. After using Terro, no return visitors so far. With other products, we have had to spray daily for about a week to make these unwelcomed visitors stay outside. The label says to not use in areas accessible to children and pets. We have both, so we appreciated the warning. I also like the where to apply / pay attention to listing on the box. It gave us ideas of where else these visitors that just bug me may enter into our home.
This is a great little weapon! Don't be fooled by the size, each tiny puff is the same as bait in a can or plastic trap that are visible and dangerously fun for pets. This little puff can get into bug-sized cracks. Old tech outdoes aerosols with a fraction of the waste!
The product itself is great. The applicator on the other hand... at first it works fine. But after about using half of it, the powder doesn't come out as well. I have to shake it to the bottom and be sure not to tip it to much or else nothing comes out.
Every year, we have an ant infestation as the seasons change. I've tried sprays, bombs, traps, etc.. This product offers a new way of getting rid if the problem. It enables you to get into the cracks and crevices where the ants emerge from. The true test will be when the weather gets a bit warmer, but I am confident that this will help!
To fine. Had to open it to put it
It's a great attractant but didn't kill the roaches at all
My fingers got hurt pressing and no powder was coming, I had to twist open the top to get it. And it has been a week since I applied it and didn't see any difference. No dead roaches or anything.
Used it and it was annoying to even try to apply after apply I didn't see any difference in Roaches if anything it made matters worse I ended up buying some raid spray and at this point it may be the fact the building I just moved into has a terrible infestation but one thing is for sure this stuff does not work might as well use baby powder cause it does nothing
I bought this to deal with an earwig infestation - they were in the shed first then started coming into the house. The applicator worked for about 8 pumps then clogged up. I could not get it to work again. Here in West Virginia in the summer it's commonly above 65% humidity inside so powder applications like this do not work - couldn't get it out of the bottle. Not sure if the few sprays I got helped at all. We ended up using a perimeter insect killer which did better.
