Thought they were fine when they arrived. We weren't going to put them up then since it was still winter. When we were able to install them, I pulled the poles out of the plastic bags they were shipped in, and one of the horseshoe brackets was not on the pole. We had a welder weld it back on, costing us another $40. Then my husband mounted the base brackets on the patio, and then realized the screw that holds the pole into the base, had come unsoldered. Our welder said that this was all very bad welding on manufacturer's part. Not happy!!
