I want something natural to help relax me and calm my nerves, especially around the holidays and with the loss of family and the everyday stress of life I found that these have been very helpful . They're small easy to take. And no side effects of medication. They have no taste and easy to carry around to use as needed. I normally take one to two a day as needed.
We have been using these for a while now. I was close to going to my doctor for a prescription for my anxiety. After taking these, I have no need to. My anxiety is down, I sleep well and I have no side effects. I will be buying these again.
