I'm a Walmart associate but I've used this product for a few years prior to employment. I like that it's all natural and even vegan. It may take 60 to 90 days to be in full effect; so I took 2 per day at first but now I take 2 every other day and it works fine. It won't completely alleviate all symptoms but it certainly reduces them sufficiently.

I was hoping this would stop my hot flashes. It has several ingredients that are supposed to help, but maybe not at big enough amounts because I still have them.
