It's a pretty neat toy and useful too. It comes with a nice case, an owners manual and name brand batteries. I bought a smart meter and router cages and this emf meter and tested the cages. It works very well. I went out in the yard under the power lines... Wow, even around the house.
Useless for RF. I tested it using another RF meter, which easily showed when I covered and uncovered, with Faraday shield, some cell phones, actively playing YouTube videos. This Tesman showed nothing continuously, unless I held it an inch from phones, and then only a fraction of what good meter showed from 2 feet away. Returning this ASAP
easy to use, loves the save feature for readings. gave me peace of mind that my power box wasnt keyed up thus costing me a fortune in power. good deal, great functionality!
It was so easy to operate and now I know what areas to avoid or fix! I had such a high reading on my "Smart Meter" that I requested PSE%26G for an analogue meter!
I like this product; it tested for Radio Frequency, AC magnetic, and AC electric. I did a lot of research to find this one. The one downside was it did not have USB charging capabilities. That is why I rated it as a 4 and not a 5. I do not want to buy batteries. I wish the makers would add a USB. I found one with USB, but I have not opened it yet.
This is advertised as a Geiger counter and it is not. It is only an EMF reader. Highly disappointed with purchase due to false advertising.
The radio frequencies show pretty high where I am. I don't know if that's true or not but that's what I bought it for.
Advertised as a Geiger counter but only detects non ionizing electromagnetic radiation. Glorified radio detector.
This gizmo is great for finding out how much radiation of all kinds we are exposed to. Not good if you are panicking kind. Your phone, your microwave, and basically anything that sends or receives electromagnetic wave shows up as red o yellow. It just means you are exposed and could have more risk of cancer and alike.
I got this meter for measuring my Smart Meter radiation....it went to the Alalm in red color super high radiation coming out of my Smart meter radiating directly into my bedroom I good detect from my bedroom wall....the meter went to Red Alalm mode!!!
