Excellent chair. Comfortable. Good lower and upper back support. I did have to file one of the holes so that the back piece would fit into the lower section. It appeared as if someone used a metal hammer to fabricate the lower section rather than a rubber mallet, so the hole in the bottom section that holds the top piece was damaged. Once I filed the hole, it all fit nicely.

I lovvvvvvvve these chairs they pair soo well with my new sofa . I'm not yet finished with my place but I've received so many compliments on the deco r the chairs have . They are pretty sturdy for the most part and I am a plus size cutie . The chairs were not hard at all to put together I'm very satisfied with my purchase

Beautiful, strong, well made chairs. The whole family loves them. Assembly is easy, but does require a little muscle when you're lining up the bolt holes when attaching the back to the base. You may want to have a second person to help with this step.

Some of the legs were uneven causing the chair to be rocky. Love the overall look.

Chairs are okay for the price, but they are pretty fragile, will definitely have to keep our bigger friends/family from sitting in them. If you have a wood/laminate floor the chair legs will want to do the splits with heavier people sitting on them. I put rubber caps on the leg ends hopefully that helps. I don't anticipate these lasting too many years but will work for now.

I really wanted to like these chairs. I wish I had looked at reviews online before I clicked purchase. I have since found the same item from the same vendor on Wayfair and Amazon with very similar reviews. These chair backs do not line up with the holes that are drilled into the chair back and the bottom. I have had three different men (including the office maintenance man) at the request of the manufacturer come and attempt to sit on these chair backs to get the holes to lineup. However, they do not match no matter what I do. Originally the seller said they would replace the chair however I had to point out twice that it was both chairs not just one. They then decided they were not going to fix it and they were not going to correct the issue. So now I have $250 )including the shipping cost) worth of chairs that cannot be sat in. I do not recommend these chairs nor this seller. The seller makes you jump through so many hoops, taking pictures and watching videos and taking videos to send to them so they can see that you were doing it correctly, but it's very frustrating and time-consuming for someone who is trying to do this at work. Because of this I missed the return window and now they do not want to fix an issue that they knew was a problem the same week that I received these chairs.

we ordered this in a 2 piece set but only received 1 chair! i was charged for the 2 piece set but got only one now i can not reach the seller and have been trying since August 13th!!
