Texas Instruments TI-36X Pro Scientific Calculator with MultiView™, MathPrint™ & protective cover

This calculator is great. It took a while for me to get used to the math print system. No, that doesn't mean it will print out on paper. It is for making the calculator display look like a textbook. You can cursor around an equation before asking for a final solution. But, it won't actually solve algebra or calculus problems unless you are looking for a single point solution. That's because it lacks an algebraic operating system. You can differentiate to a single x point, but it won't write out the equation or plot a graph. It also does definite integrals the same way: a single solution. For the price, it is amazingly robust, but for better engineering solutions or programmability, you would want to pay considerably more.

I bought two of these for my high school aged kids for academic level math. They both love this calculator. It has too many functions to list and my kids said you can enter questions as there written which I guess is a big advantage.

I bought this same calculator for each of my kids %26 they both seem to like it. My oldest actually recommended that I get the exact same one for his brother.

To thextent that anybody reads this, I have a problem with billing for this and other items.Without asking me, you billed acredit card I don`t have and are using an e-mail address long defunct.I have tried in vain to raise these issues but WM never responds.I`ll see from any or no answer to this plea.

A lot of functions can easily be used for college math course.
