Wrong Item Sent
I ordered the TI-84 Plus CE Python with a 3-year protection plan, but I received the TI-84 Plus CE instead. These are different models, and my concern is that if something goes wrong with the calculator in the future, the protection plan may not cover it because it was purchased for a different model. I paid for the specific calculator and protection plan, so I would like this corrected and the proper TI-84 Plus CE Python sent to me. I requested customer service for replacement and they processed refund instead, which I did not request nor approve. It's so frustrating.

False Advertising.
This is a review of the Walmart shopping experience, not a review of the TI-84 Plus CE Python Graphing Calculator. I cannot evaluate the TI-84 Plus CE Python Graphing Calculator because Walmart sent me the wrong calculator. Walmart sent me the TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator, which is a perfectly adequate graphing calculator, jut not what I ordered or paid for. I originally was going to buy the TI-84 Plus CE for my son for High School and College math. I checked all the usual stores for pricing and delivery times. Imagine my delight when I found that Walmart was selling the upgraded model, the Python model - with updated USB port, for less money than Target and Amazon were selling the older, non-Python model! On top of that, Walmart said that I could buy it online and pick it up on the way home. So I bought it. That's when the trouble started. First, Walmart notified me that something went wrong and I couldn't pick it up on the way home. However, they would deliver it to my house, for free, by 10pm, if I approved the alternate delivery method. I did. Next, Walmart notified me that something went wrong and they were unable to deliver the TI-84 Plus CE Python Graphing Calculator to me that evening, and they were trying to establish when they would be able to deliver it. My son's classes have already started, so I stopped at Target to try to pick up the older model, non-Python, version. They were sold out. However, Walmart notified me that they had delivered the TI-84 Plus CE Python Graphing Calculator to my home while I was out! Problem solved. Not so fast - when I opened the package, I found the older model, non-Python, TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator. I checked the Walmart App - no substitutions noted. They still say they delivered the Python version that I ordered and paid for. I checked availability at the store, it was available at over 6 local stores, so I decided to go verify that the TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator was actually on the shelf at my local stores. If so, I would order it for pickup at the online/app price. No such luck. Each of the local Walmart stores that I drove to were sold out. Don't buy this calculator from Walmart. If you need the Python model, pay the extra money to get it on Amazon. Otherwise, pay an extra dollar to buy the calculator that Walmart will deliver to you, but pick it up in Target!

They tried to send me the non-python model
I think this is a scam listing. Twoce in a row I ordered this TI-84 Plus CE Python model and received the regular model without Python support. This is ridiculous. Don't buy from this listing because they won't ship you the right calculator.

Arrived Non-functional
Did not work on arrival. Will not charge and cycles through a loop of “validating os” and “restarting.” We tried a hard reset and replacing the battery but ended up returning.

Wrong color on ti 84 plus calculator
I'm very disappointed of Walmart I order this calculator black color for my son and they send me a purple color i don't be ordering any more from this place now not sure what to do my son don't like this color
