the paste is very tasty. there is a sweetness and a mild heat. Recommend putting on vegetables, pasta, rice or on crackers. This product similar in flavor to many chili crisps, but without the crunch. I would rate this as one of the best products to spice up any Asian dish.

This Roasted Red Chili Paste is delicious! I knew it would be when I saw that it was made by Thai Kitchen, which is why I was so excited to try this free sample from them. It is a thicker consistency and a little goes a long way, it can add some spicy heat if you want. I added a little to my recent meat and veggie stir fry, and it provided a wonderful roasted flavoring without being overpowering.

I have used this for chicken, beef, and even an omelet and each time it adds the perfect flavor to what I was cooking. The heat is not overwhelming yet as expected. The roasted flavor gives it almost a smoked taste to the red chili. If I had one complaint it would be the paste is a bit thick making it hard to spread but this is minor compared to the taste.

I really enjoyed this Roasted Red Chili paste, I would say it's better than the chili pastes I've tried before and I enjoyed the smoky sweet flavor. I love that it is gluten free and I have already used it in my Chicken and Shrimp stir fry and a Fried Rice dish I made last week! It's reasonably priced and you get a lot of servings of the small container. I would definitely recommend this product especially if you are making any Asian cuisines!

I absolutely loved it! It was so easy to use and gave my chicken an authentic Thai flavor. My husband told me to keep it in our meal rotation. I did receive a free sample of this or I probably would have noever tried it since I have never cooked Thai food before.

I was very excited to try this product that I was given for free by Bzzagent in exchange for my review, but unfortunately this one did not hit home for me. I used a serving size with my food while it was cooking, and immediately noticed a "seafood" smell. The food had a slight seafood taste when I tried it as well. Crustaceans/shrimp is listed in the ingredients, but it just did not mix well for me in smell or taste. I'm giving this 3 stars because the seafood smell/flavor might not be overwhelming for someone else, but it sadly made my food unappetizing.
