super for healthier thai curries
as an addict of the various thai curries (red curry is my favorite), i use this lighter coconut milk very frequently. EXCELLENT!

I Want Coconut Milk. NOT Guar Gum!
When I Want Coconut milk - I Want Coconut Milk. NOT Guar Gum! This is the only brand you can purchase in store at the walmarts in my area now. Figures. God forbid we should be able to actually get what we're paying for. Try Golden Star. You get what you pay for and you can still order it online at walmart. As for the lite? Come on. Never buy lite. All they've done is add more water (and this brand then adds guar gum to further dilute it).
