This THAILE extra large exercise mat (7'x5') is perfect for my home gym. It’s thick, durable, and truly non-slip – even during jump rope or high-intensity cardio. The high-density PVC foam offers great joint support for yoga, MMA, and weight training. I love the spacious size, and it’s surprisingly easy to roll up and store. Double-sided non-slip surfaces are a nice bonus. Fast shipping and free returns make it even better. Highly recommended!

The large yoga mat is perfect for my gym. The kids like to do gymnastics on it and it's think enough. The density is high so I don't need to worry kids will hurt themselves. Pefect for gym. for yoga and gymnastics.

Great price for the size. I placed this mat underneath my outdoor rug (underneath my gazebo). I absolutely love it and it definitely makes a difference for my animals, myself, %26 my husband to walk on or even lay. Love the Velcro straps it comes with as well.

A nice sized mat with plenty of cushioning to save the knees and feet. I like how it was packaged and the two straps included will make it easy to roll back up if I decide to move my workout location. I highly recommend this mat. Fast delivery and free shipping.

Very impressed with the quality and value of the mat. When faced with a lot of different options this one stood out as being a good price. It's really everything you need for this size.

We set up our finished basement as a workout space with a treadmill, bike, and TV. My wife does yoga and I do push-ups there. Regular yoga mats were always too small, so finding this extra-large mat was a game-changer. Once unrolled, it instantly gave our basement a professional gym vibe. Stretching and yoga feel completely unrestricted now, and I don't have to sweat on the carpet anymore. The mat is thick, heavy-duty, and premium quality. My wife loved it so much that she had me move it to her office studio to replace her small mat there.

So far seems like good quality a little thinner then I thought but should be fine if working out with shoes on enough comfort

Perfect fit for my home gym! Had a small walking pad on it and didn't leave dents. Comfortable, just what I wanted

I bought this for a puppy litter of eight. It has saved my wood floor ! Love it !

I like that idea of a big mat, but...The surface of this mat was scratched in a week after I bought it, and now small flakes (parts of the mat) are my cloth and all over the gym. It is constantly moving on commercial level carpet and easily gets wavy. It is slippery too, particularly with bare feet or hands.
