Thaiphoon Jira 5-6" Lemongrass Live Plants (8 Count)

I purchased the 8‑count Thaiphoon Jira lemongrass plants, %26 they arrived healthy and well‑packed. The stalks were a good size, fresh, and ready to plant right away. I planted them in my garden the same day I received them on May 9, and they adjusted quickly %26 started growing nicely. A great value if you want strong, live lemongrass plants for cooking or the garden.

I was worried that the small green plants (lemon grass) will not survive as the packaged was left in my mailbox for over a day (as it came via USPS). So I decided to soak the tiny plants overnight and planted each of them the very next day in a gallon pot. In just a week, they are all thriving and growing fast. I am also so happy that the package came with care instructions, it really helps! I can't wait for the day that I will be able to harvest a stalk or two to add to my soup. Thank you again!!!

When these arrived they had an unpleasant odor %26 I was concerned they rotted in the trip to my home. Regardless of the oder (similar to a bad potato), I planted them %26 they all grew healthy! :-D I even tried 2 in a jar of water for about 10 days. They wilted %26 I thought they were done, but when I planted them came back to life. Be sure to use large a pot %26/or space when choosing where to plant them.

I'm a happy camper. My idea of a lemongrass hedge is doing well. Plants are about 2ft at this point. Plants are so expensive these days and lemon grass gets tall. So this will be a great hedge at a great price. Don't plant along a sidewalk or anywhere people will come in contact however. It has sharp edged leaves.

They came with wet paper towels on the roots. They all had roots. Not more I could ask really. Ready to plant.

This product took two months to grow. It eventually grew but you need more than two in a pot if you want it to look full. I place two in pots to go around my pool and they only grew tall. None of them grew out to give me that complete full look.

There was no label on the exterior of the box stating the contents and the plants were mushed, rotting. I took them to a friend to try to restore; she has a nursery, and she could not revive them. The packing was inadequate for shipping.

You don't want to buy this lemon grass. The item was delivered poorly wrapped in some wet napkins with a smell of mold when I opened the package. Please, don't waste your money on this. I had to return it.

The items received in good condition and properly packaged. however for me only three are showing signs of life. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact customer service to which I did. customer service then told me that the seller has no replacement policy. I'm getting the runaround from this company and even at this point if they try to make it right they're still only getting one star for making this process more difficult than it should be. The stocks have been in nursery pots for 15 days.

I opened the box immediately upon receipt and the smell almost made me sick. They literally cooked in the packaging during transit. I planted them anyway, but they did not grow.
