Simple ingredients, and a snack that is packed full of fiber. I honestly wish there were a few more flavors included but I am still happy with the 2 flavors available. I find these to be a perfect way to add more fiber to my diet without too many calories.

This Fruit Bar tastes great and knowing that it is packed with Fiber helps a lot as I try to get my daily fiber count every day and this is a delicious way to do it. Because these bars have very little sugar in them, and they are minis, many times I will eat two of them to help in getting my daily allowance of fiber.

They're mini so you get the fiber in quick without getting tired of eating a larger bar. I tried both for apple/berries and the apple cinnamon, they definitely taste like the flavors listed and they both have the same texture which is a little bit chewy. You can actually read the ingredients and there's only 3 or 4 depending on which variety and it's all fruit with apple fiber! Zero added sugar. My grandkids even liked them! If you need to add fiber to your diet you should definitely try these out!

REMOVE THE APPLE STEMS FIRST! Geez, 3 out of our 4 bars today had very hard apple stems hiding in them. almost broke my tooth. Not safe. It's a choking hazard along with a hazard for teeth. My toddler and 4 y.o. did not like th taste anyway. Please, BE CAUTIOS when eating and the company should take the time to do better before their product injures someone.
