It is the first time I use this. It feels clear and soft on my face.

I love Thayer products and am grateful for the Unscented Facial Toner which is better for my age and skin - not drying! I wish this size bottle as well as the mini ones were leakproof for travel. No matter how tightly I turn the cap, it always leaks.

Like this product w/o alcohol for toner. it's in new packaging.

So so sad that this has been reformulated. It smells like chemicals now and burned my face. When I applied it, my skin felt hot tight, 20 minutes later skin is peeling ! I am allergic to so many things, but this toner used to be the one thing I could use on my skin and not have any issues. I noticed the label was different but neglected to look at the ingredients. I compared to the old bottle and then confirmed on the website. I guess I wont be using this product any more. I hope there are no more reformulations on the way. The face wash is again the only product I can use- I actually use it for shampoo and body wash too.

Disappointed by the unannounced change. I've used this toner for years, but the new formula quietly added POLYSORBATE 20 without warning. While not inherently harmful, the lack of transparency frustrates me—I chose Thayers for its minimal, no-frills formula. The texture feels different (slight foaming effect), though it hasn't caused irritation. My issue isn't just the ingredient—it's the sneaky reformulation. Brands should clearly communicate changes, especially for cult favorites. If you loved the original, check labels—it's not the same. Anyone else notice this???

They changed the ingredients and added additional chemicals and causing the skin to rash. Will return and will find a replacement.

I chose Thayers Witch Hazel Unscented. I really wanted to love this, but I don't even like it. I was excited to receive this witch hazel based on reviews. To put it simply, it left my skin sticky and dry. Not a fan! Glad it works for others but definitely not for me. My first and last time I'll use this product.

Made my skin dry
