It is awesome to finally get the Ateam series in blu ray. I loved the series as a kid and now have high definition viewing of the series as an adult. Great box set.

Happy to see this classic TV series in a Blu-Ray set in high definition! Good transfer and image quality. Each season is in its own jewel case, which makes it much easier to retrieve the discs.

This Universal release of The A-Team is a pleasant surprise. Many expected a budget release from Mill Creek, but Universal has given the series a proper HD treatment with plenty of disc space, resulting in a very satisfying, if imperfect, video presentation. Video: 4/5 The 1080p transfer wisely retains the original 4:3 broadcast aspect ratio. The image is a real treat for fans, boasting a stable and natural film grain with no signs of excessive digital scrubbing. This results in crisp, complex details. Colors are a major highlight, with a deep, vibrant palette that makes everything from Mr. T's gold chains to jungle foliage pop. Black levels are generally solid. The only significant drawback is the presence of minor print damage like speckles and the occasional vertical line, but these are not pervasive enough to ruin the experience. Audio: 3/5 The DTS-HD 2.0 track is surprisingly aggressive and often poorly balanced. The mix is "hot," with music and action effects frequently overpowering the dialogue and lacking nuance at reference volume. While the stereo separation is wide and effective, the overall clarity suffers during loud moments. Dialogue remains serviceable but is the weakest part of an otherwise dynamic track. Overall: A recommended purchase for the excellent video quality alone, which is likely far better than a budget release would have been. Just be prepared to manage your volume levels to compensate for the aggressive audio mix.

Got the set. However, the seller GRUV sent this set in a cardboard box that had dead insect corpses and what seemed like a clump of human hair inside. Thankfully the Blu-ray set itself was still sealed and none of these things affected the item itself, but I will avoid this seller from now on. Disgusting.
