The Abs Diet Workout, Vol. 2 (Full Frame)

I purchased this because i had the book and this was also cheap. I thought that the price wasn't much to lose if i didn't like it. I tried it for the first time and really liked it. It is great for beginners and really is a good workout. You might not think that it's working while you are doing it but you sure will feel it the next day. It is not a fast paced DVD where you feel that you can't keep up. GREAT ITEM!!!!

This is the best workout video I got for myself. I look forward every day to working out. It is fun, yet challenging. I recommend this video to everybody who really wants to see and feel results in your total body!!

I've been using this product since I received it two weeks ago, and all I can say is that it it awsome. The workout is easy to follow, enjoyable and really burns your abs. You'll feel it after the first time.

I like the Abs Diet DVDs b/c they include meal plans and foods that you should eat in order to get maximum results while using their workout video. I had the first DVD but lost it, so I ordered this one. The workouts are simple and very effective. I bought this DVD to start working out after a one-year hiatus from the gym. After the first time I used it, I could barely sit down for 2 days! This is great for someone who wants to get a quick yet effective workout.
