Worth the money
Even tho it was supposed to have tanked at the box office I thot it was great and a big improvement over the previous film with Lawrence Harvey, Richard Widmark and ham actor John Wayne. This was more historically accurate and the filming was great.

Great film. Extremely relevant to topic on the annexation of Texas. Some facts are a little off but can be expected to emphasize suspense and action.

Much more historically accurate than the John Wayne version. Well acted and realistic. Also, the price was right.

A Disappointing Version
I bought this movie hoping for historical understanding. Although there was some good content, I don't recommend this version. I do not believe that most of the men back then were heavy drinkers or trapped by unfortunate decision.
