Nice book bad packaging
Nice book I like the spiral bound however it arrived damaged in the mail. In a shrink wrap cardboard and it was torn open and the book was smashed on several ends. It's made pretty heavy duty but this is ridiculous. Just put in a box the cost is the same. I know because I ship daily. It's not worth having your merchandise damaged.

It started coming apart by turning the pages. Glue wasn't holding it together. But besides that it was what I ordered

Not authentic Amish canning
Most of the Amish don't have pressure canners and have water bathed canned for generations safely. These may be their recipes but you have not given true Amish canning methods and you are citing USDA standards which the Amish community don't follow. So disappointing that you have used the Amish name to promote your book. I was hoping to have true canning methods used by the Amish which is what your book advertises but doesn't deliver.
