Just nearly almost exactly like the original, but with subtle differences. Glasses wont stay on her face no matter how much I try. Pull string has a battery? and must be pulled HARD (feels like im going to break it every time) to activate. Overstuffed to the point of being stiff and un-pose-able. But; she is brand new,she looks amazing and her "curb appeal" is 10/10 even with the glasses falling off and pull string thing. 57 year old recipient loved it despite the differences (any difference that makes no difference is no difference imho) so its a win in my mind. Small price to pay for a happy girl!
Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Just like the one she had as a child, but this one talks. She loves her Mrs Beasley.
My wife had a Mrs. Beasley doll when she was young,she is now 65.it brought back happy memories of her childhood,while she doesn't know where her original is,she is very happy to have it as a collector item
I got this for my mother and she loved it, pulled it out the box and immediately started to say “I lost her!! Where has she been!” it was so sweet, and she was so happy when she realized there was a string to make her talk
Loved doll, as advertised. Shouldn't say arrives in three days when it almost missed Christmas
Brings me back to my childhood. I have been trying to replace mine for a long time. So happy she became available again!
The price is high but if you don't mind that, you will like it

this was my favorite doll as a child growing up. Tha'ts why II ordered it. Mrs. Beasley she is in perfect shape. My only discrepancy is she came without her glasses, so I will be sending her back.
