THE ASPEN 20” White Box Fan with Remote Control, 2800 Cubic Feet per Minute, Efficient Cooling, 3 Speed, AB-20US

The new box fans these days are usually weak so wasn't expecting much. Surprisingly this fan generated a strong surge of air even at low speed. Plus we like our fans to have more sound than a tiny buzz without being a jet airline engine. This one is perfect. Plus it comes with a remote control. Very pleased.

Very powerful air flow, the feet are much wider than most fans, it has 2 places in the back to store the cord and feet, there's a button above the power cord in the back of the fan you can use to operate if your remote dies or is lost and it has a lip all around the front so it will be flush with the window sill. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I bought the 20 inch Lasko box fan 1st since i have had impressive results in the past but the Aspen 20 inch has more power and a faster speed on high. I was impressed by this fan and the power it has more so than the Lasko They are both in the same price range but you get more bang for your buck with the Aspen, which really comes in handy on the hot summer days as well, when pushing or pulling heater air during the winter. This one also comes with a remote which sits in the middle of the fan.

Fan has a great breeze compared to other box fans I've encountered! Was priced better than most box fans! I love that it came with a remote! The feet that attach to the bottom for floor use has rubber or silicone so it doesn't slide around (we have another that we have to put things in front and behind to keep it from “walking” off! The only complaints I can see are that I do wish it had on-board controls in case the remote gets lost or quits. Also the caging seems a little thin/weak so if it did get knocked over, that could get broken…

"Made in the USA" This is the first reason I bought this product. I also want to correct some misinformation in other reviews: even without the remote, there is a power button on the back of the fan. You can still turn it on and adjust the speed manually. The remote is just a bonus item. I hope we will see more affordable and valuable products made in the USA in the future.

I'm really happy with my Aspen 20” Box Fan! It was super easy to set up—just take it out of the box, plug it in, and it's ready to use. It's lightweight, so I can easily move it from room to room. It cools the room quickly and keeps the air moving really well with 3 speed options . I also love the remote control feature! This fan is simple, powerful, and honestly one of the best things I've bought this summer. It's truly fan-tastic!

We just received our Aspen box fan and are thrilled with our purchase. It has three speeds and each one provides excellent cool air circulation. It quickly cooled off our room. I love that it comes with a remote control for convenience and also has a place on the fan to store it so it does not get misplaced when it is not in use. The fan is thin, it is not bulky and it does not take up a lot of space, plus it is very lightweight and easy to move around. It is not the quietest fan, but I actually appreciate the white noise it provides when I'm asleep. I love that it is made in the USA! At $19.96, I highly recommend this fan. I will definitely be purchasing more for other rooms in our home.

The heat arrived early in Texas this year, but using A/C isn't always a good idea, especially if everyone has different temperature preferences at home or the house is big. And in this situation, Aspen Box Fan was simply a salvation! The fan can be used both as a window unit and as a regular room fan. For me, a special plus is that Aspen Box Fan is very light, it is easy to carry from room to room. We usually keep the fan in the living room during the day and move it to one of the bedrooms at night. In the summer we like to travel by car, sometimes we stay in forest cabins and there is often no A/C there. And now we can take Aspen Box Fan with us, as it is lightweight and easy to carry. And the remote control is another huge plus. Because you can change speeds without getting out of bed, with your eyes closed. The quiet work of the fan is almost inaudible and does not interfere with sleep.

This fan moves a lot of air. 2000cfm is the top of the class for 20in box fans. This is my second, as the first was delivered damaged. It had been dropped and a blade was broken off. It concerns me that the plastic could be too brittle to stand the bump or two that happen in daily life. I find the electronic remote control unsatisfactory. It is poorly responsive. Seems cheaply made. The fan has no physical buttons, so, if the remote fails, the fan cannot be controlled. The remote has 4 buttons: power, 1, 2, 3. The fan starts on speed3, which is good, because the button for speed3 did not work. The speeds 1 and 2 did work, but to go back up to three, I had to switch it off and back on again. All in all, I would not purchase this again. Although inexpensive, I fear it will not prove durable. I will keep the unit rather than return it, although I considered returning it. If I could do over, I would choose a traditional box fan with a knob.

make sure you read the description because its different then whats on the picture. tried contacting them and all they said is they can offer a refund. i think there is a term for that.
