The Audio Game Card Game

The Audio Game was a blast to play with my friends on game night. The instructions are easy and they have them on video if you don't feel like reading. We were up and playing in minutes. There is a lot of cussing in some of the cards so beware of who you choose to play with. Throughout the evening hysterical laughter erupted on most rounds. The voting was super fun to see who thought who's reply was the best, there were some lively discussions on some of them. At the end of the night everyone agreed we have to play again soon.

This game is super fun! It's definitely a game for 18 and above. I love that the app is able to be played without service. Our yearly family camping trip is coming up and I cannot wait to play this game with everyone!

Video games have primarily replaced entertainment for kids nowadays leaving board games a thing of the past. However, board games have not yet gone the way of the dinosaur as these games have already incorporated technology as part of the game. One such game is The Audio Game. The Audio Game is in essence a funny game wherein a setup card explaining a situation and requesting a response for each player by choosing the best answer in his or her reply card. Once the cards are shuffled and distributed to each player, each has to select the best or funniest card in each hand. The funnier the better. There are 360 response cards and 90 setup cards, meaning that there are endless possibilities or combinations so the game will not be boring as there can almost be no repetition of questions and responses in the short term. Simple as that isn't it? But what brings this to the smartphone era is that QR technology is required in order to make it fun. Obviously, an app must be downloaded from the appstores of Google and Apple. Once downloaded, the phone's camera is used to scan the responses. The addition of audio particularly a human voice and not a robotic voice gives the game an additional dimension to make it more exciting hence the name The Audio Game. This is in fact a very rudimentary game, but the use of QR technology to provide a human dimension in the game enables it to provide hours of wholesome fun. I would definitely recommend this game.

I brought this game on a trip with my friends and was able to play using the app despite not having any signal or wifi. It was such a blast and the app was easy to navigate. On each player's turn, they read a setup card and everyone else picks a reply card. The player then chooses the best audio reply and the first to win 5 rounds wins. This is definitely not appropriate for young children but is a great adult game.

OMG, The Audio Game Card Game is like the coolest thing ever! It's not just cards, it's cards with sounds that make you feel like you're in the game. You get to do smart moves with the cards and the sounds make it even more awesome. It's not just for some people – my friends who can't see so well had a blast too. We laughed so hard and had the best time playing together. If you want a game that's super fun and different, you gotta try this one!

This is an incredibly unique and fun game! The combination of the hilarious phrases on the cards and the audio element adds a whole new level of comedy to this game. It was very well thought out and the endless combinations of setup cards and response cards will leave you wanting more! A night of great fun during your next gathering, guaranteed to be a hit with everyone that is playing!

I searched a video first to set this game up for two friends of mine and myself. It took us a bit to figure it out. It is actually quite easy. Once you get a hang of it, it is funny as heck! Download the app for FREE, this can be played with no data or Wi-Fi and off the grid. Super awesome! Shuffle the “set up” cards, then set them facing down. Shuffle the Audio reply cards and face them down as well. Card readers will choose the funniest reply. **Follow instructions or watch video for details.** We played for about 2 hours and had a blast!

The game is fun enough to play. There isn't much to it, you put a phrase card in the middle then everyone picks one of their funny phrase cards that when paired with the middle one is funny. Then everyone decides who had the funniest pairing and then do another round with new cards. There are some wild type cards that mix in too here and there. I think you wouldn't play it unless you were at a party and the game would probably get a bit old after a while. Cool, unique concept though.

The concept is nice- you get to listen to audio clips. However, this is suitable for adults as some audio clips use inappropriate language for kids. You should have access to a smart device in order to scan the QR codes. Make sure you download the app before you start playing.

I picked up this game thinking it would be fun for my kids and our family. As I was looking it over, I noticed the description "Raunchy Setup Cards" on the back. It is slated for Ages 17+, but I was still upset by the sayings on the cards that were crude and strongly suggestive, joking about drugs & sex with lots of vulgarity. This game is definitely NOT for our family.
