Great price. My local marine shop sells the same item, but for $30 more. I love a good deal, and this one was wonderful.

Good product. Easy to install.
This is the second one I have used. The first is on a 25 foot sailboat and has worked flawlessly for four years. The one I purchased recently is on a 20 foot power boat. I am using a transom mount and had to adjust it down twice. It works great at speeds up to 40 MPH. I would definitely recommend them.

Just Plain Works
Got this sounder after doing some research, seemed like a really good deal. Well it's a great deal, excellent value for the money (just look around). Went with the epoxy in hull mount and it works like a champ. Delivers clear accurate information and the adjustable alarms are very helpful. No more running aground on evenings when its a little dark when we are headed back to the dock. If you need or want one this is a good choice.

Great depth finder!! Mounted in-hull and works!!
Was torn between this one and a few other models. Just installed and very pleased with both the install and the fit/finish of the depth finder. I mounted transducer in-hull in the engine compartment near my bilge pump using two-part epoxy. The gauge itself mounted easily in the dash after I cut a 2" hole. Took it out for a spin across a lake to a sandbar... and it read perfectly. Glad I bought the Hawkeye!

Very cheap
I was not impressed and decided to return it. The gauge felt cheap and would twist, even after it was installed. The gauge stuck out too far from the instrument panel.
