It was perfect and tastes great

The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. I was at a loss for what I wanted on the cake. I gave the employee information on the event and they decorated it perfectly. It was ready for me when I came to pick it up. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and I appreciate the extra effort put into my order. The party attendees agree that it was as delicious as it was beautiful.

The cake was great but what really gets the 5 stars is the lady at the bakery. We came in last minute looking for a cake with whipped frosting and there wasn't any. She stopped what she was doing and made one for us. Not only did she throw it together last minute for us she made it half white half chocolate iced it ,piped it, made some icing roses and went way extra in the effort to make it look great. The cakes was good but she was great.

Ordered a custom cake with a custom picture for Oct 2nd (did this the Saturday before, printing and dropping off the picture to be put on it) for my daughter's birthday. Decided to surprise my wife by ordering a cake for her a few days later to be picked up Oct 6th, with a custom picture. When picking up my daughter's cake, the bakery put the picture that was suppose to be on my wife's cake (the one for Oct 6th) on my daughter's cake instead. Then, when going to pick up my wife's cake on Oct 6th, was told their decorator called out and the cake was never made. So they ruined 2 cakes, one by putting the wrong picture on it and the other by not even making the cake (and never reaching out to let me know that there was an issue). Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I wish I could give negative stars because I would. Will never order anything from this bakery again.

I absolutely HATE CHOCOLATE IN CAKES! Horrible…glad it's for a party and not for me or it would be returned to you! Horrible

Ordered a cake with a picture on it the picture didn't come out as good as it should have but I understand that because I was told that it might not turn out to good because I chose whipped cream topping and they told me that it would look much better with the butter cream icing but I also ordered strawberry filling in the cake and I know that the girl who took my order wrote it down because I saw her and when I cut the cake there was no filling in the cake but it was to late to do anything about it so my guest of honor who requested that was very disappointed and that made me very happy as well

I scheduled pick up for 11, given my child's party was for 1130. I got there and they told me I have to wait 20 minutes because they're doing it now (at 11) and once I finally got to pick it up, everything was fallen over on the cake. Late to my child's own party plus a messy looking cake.

I asked for the cake that feeds more than 48 people y'all gave me the smallest cake y'all could find for $24 the blue icing was too sick I've been pooping green since I ate the cake that is not the cake that I ordered online y'all gave me what I wanted to give me a very unsatisfied

Bakery made the wrong cake, and then argued that it was the right cake even when we showed them what we ordered. Lady come out accusing my daughter that we were lying and that we didn't talk to anyone when we ordered it, even though they specifically had my grandsons name on it. Very rude and unprofessional. The first picture is what we received and the second picture is what we ordered.

I am TOTALLY disappointed!!!! I ordered a cake with buttercream icing, blue border, green writing. Th s is what I got: Blue buttercream all over with green writing. It won't let me paste the picture of the cake.
