Great alternative to regular cheddar
I'm going to go out on a limb and say if you got "tailgater" brats you Probably just went with cheddar. You've failed yourself and your family . Mozzarella or however you spell It is the cat's pajamas . It sets off The flavor ! Get some stop being average

This high temp mozzarella was the perfect addition to my Deer Bologna! I've yet to be disappointed in any of the many DIY products I've ordered from the Bearded Butchers!

High Temperature Mozzarella Cheese 2.5lb
I love the packaging. I run 25 lb. batches with customers, sometimes we'll process 175 lbs. of bratwurst for a customer appreciation event in my kitchen. It's a hobby of mine that grew. The cheese being packaged in 2.5 pound packages is SO convenient, eliminates or cuts down on waste. Good move, Bearded ones....

A little glimpse of heaven
Good, darn good in fact. I put this with some venison sticks I made and I'm glad I did. I can get it a lot cheaper locally. However, having everything pre measured is worth it.

Venison Cheese sticks with Mozzarella Cheese
We made Venison cheese sticks with Mozzarella cheese. They tasted great, but we were disappointed that we could not see the cheese or taste the cheese as much as we hoped. It seemed to disappear.
