I love this product
This is a great workout DVD, I recommend it to everyone. The one thing I really like is they are the people from the Biggest Loser, and the DVD has people of all different workout levels working out at the same time. This really helps to be able to stick with it. All you have to do is follow the person that's at the same level as you are.

GREAT WORKOUT FOR A BEGINNER!
THE INSTRUCTORS ARE ENCOURAGING AND THERE ARE MODIFIED VERSIONS IF YOU NEED TO USE THEM. THE EXERCISES ARE EXPLAINED WELL. THE WORKOUTS ARE HARD BUT SHORT. THIS IS AN AWESOME WORKOUT DVD FOR SOMEONE JUST STARTING TO WORKOUT AND THE MOVES WORK WELL FOR MORE ADVANCED PEOPLE WANTING A QUICK WORKOUT.

This a great way to start getting into shape without feeling overwhelmed..has a little diet book with receipes.

No Bob on this one!!
I bought this thinking that Bob was going to be the instructor on this. Nope. Only contestants from the show. Also you need a stability ball, med ball and resistance bands. Not happy with this purchase at all. I did buy "Last Chance Workout" with Jillian and that one is fantastic.
