The Bodyguard (DVD, WS, 2005, Special Edition) NEW

The Bodyguard was a great movie. It showed well on the DVD. However, delivery was terrible. It was sent out from the Texas warehouse and took a week and one-half to reach Denver. From there someone at USPS noticed how long it had been and expedited it. I have ordered many things on the internet, and this shipment was the longest.

Good movie

Since I saw the original, it first came out in the movies. It brought back a lot of memories. It could have been done better but the singing was outstanding of course and I definitely miss Whitney Houston her talent. Her persona was class. Costner he impressed me in dances with wolves more than he did in this movie. Pat, it was made for both of them. Too bad she couldn't make more. I got the DVD in record time too. I believe I never purchased DVDs from Walmart. I don't like using shipping and going through all that mess but I couldn't pass over having a piece of History and Hollywood stardom in my library.

Makes for a good gift. It is a very good movie

I'd like to have all my items delivered at the same time. Days and at some point a week went by before I got all my items delivered.

I ordered the Special Edition of this DVD and apparently received whatever they had on the shelf in the warehouse. Had the same issue with Amazon, so not really surprised at this point, just disappointed, as this was supposed to be a part of a Mother's Day gift basket I was putting together for my Mom. I realize this is an older movie, but if I can still find "The Wizard of Oz" and other films from that era on DVD and even Blu-ray, this one should not be that difficult to find and purchase. I would have rather been notified that what I was looking for was not available and had my money be refunded than get this version.
