How do you balance what best for your men/country.
This is one of the greatest war movies ever made. It reflects the cruelty of the Japanese, the odd British attitudes or right and wrong and the American view of what the heck is causing confusion on what we should do. The British recognition of what he had done is one of the best parts of any war movie.

One on the truly Great films
Truly one of the all time Great Movie/Classic films of all time. Director David Lean was one of the last original Directors, just look at his other films.

My fault! That's one star for me, and five stars for you! Fast great customer service but I miss read and cannot play the disc!!! I re-ordered and got the movie in a disk that I could play. I will find someone who can play this disk and give it to them.
