New Zealand rocks!
Brokenwood Season 4 continues with the simple English country village style mysteries set in New Zealand. More cerebral than action packed or dramatically complicated, they are cozy, almost family suitable murder mysteries with some humor tossed in. Beautiful background scenery of New Zealand.

Wonderful Australian whodunit.
These mysteries keep you guessing to the end. Love the banter between the detectives. The Aussies are a refreshing change from the troubled British detective series. Miss Jared in this season's collection. Also wish the seasons were longer than 4 episodes.

love this show about detectives in the quirky small town of Brokenwood. The chemistry between the main characters and the gorgeous scenery is not to be missed.

Brokenwood Mysteries continues to be a great series!
I was hooked on this series the first time I saw an episode on TPT. The main character has a dry sense of humor and his partner compliments his style perfectly. I would say that it is an Australian version of Midsomer Murders.
