It is a joyful holiday film about a small town in Colorado, all the residents believe in Santa Claus. It stars John Denver who saves the town from a new housing development that would have ruined it.He also sings one of his songs in the movie which is a nice bonus. It is a happy Christmas movie that will become a favorite of your family.

A very good Christmas movie!!!

I had a vh copy of this movie & watched it for years until it broke. It was several years before it came out on dvd (just recently). As soon as I saw it available, I ordered one, & I've already watched it twice! John Denver is great, of course, & so are the other actors. The scenery through the whole movie is so beautiful, snow everywhere, Christmas decoarations, small town ambience. Wonderful story of a town celebrating Christmas the year round, and pulling together to help one of their own families who is about to lose their farm. The children practice a church program, acting out the birth of Christ, singing carols, etc. Just a special, feel-good movie that will leave you feeling blessed!

This is a great movie for the family and the shipping was fast for me but I would recommend this movie its a great family movie and even if the shipping would have been slow I would have still gave this 5 stars and just said the shipping was a little slow of course I pre ordered it and got it the day it came out if u have not seen the movie just watch it the movie will be on the hallmarks channels and up network then u can decide .

This is the movie that should be watched every Christmas. It's a soppy sweet story with the cutest little girl you ever saw. Plot of bad "big business" versus good, kind man. Great story line of a town that celebrates Santa like no other. Give it a try.

This is a great holiday movie with John Denver, a widower, who takes his daughter away from New York during Christmas since this would be the first Christmas without his wife. The company he works for wants him to scope out the area while he's there and look for land for a large ski resort. However, he quickly learns that this small community should not be altered, he falls in love and fights the company to keep away. It is really a must see any time of the year.

It was really a great little family movie! It's so wonderful to watch something and not have to worry about whether or not any content is inappropriate. A nice story and John Denver is great in it. I waited for a good sale and bought a bunch for Christmas gifts! Thanks for something worth watching!

Wonderful Christmas story, reminds us of the true meaning that Christmas use to have before it became so cmmercialized.

Not up to par with "It's a Wonderful Life" but it is a nice Christmas story based in Colorado. If you were a John Denver fan you'll definitely enjoy the movie.
