Brand new factory sealed package.
Whoever packed the Blu-ray left it in its theft proof case. I had to smash it open with a hammer almost cut my hand. You guys really should drug test at your company. A sober person wouldn't have packed a Blu-ray like that. Food for thought. But it was factory sealed brand new never been opened and that is why I gave it five stars.
