BEST book I've found on dehydrating food
I searched and searched and then found this book...which I highly recommend. We bought a food dehydrator for Christmas but were limited in what we could do with it until we bought this book. If I lost it or it got damaged, I would replace it. At first I thought it was pricey but it is worth every penny! Our internet went down for 2 days and if we hadn't had this book, we would have had to wait to dehydrate FRESH strawberries!!! LOVE this product!

great item
I found alot about dehydrators in it. tells how to dry different foods and how to use them in recipes. I have dried food many years ago in the sun or in the oven, but have never used a dyhradator before. Very informative and helpful

$10.00 less than cover price and it covered a lot of information about dehydrating.

Expensive, but worth it.
This book is pretty expensive, but it is worth it. It gives you directions for lots and lots of different foods and then it gives recipes using the dried foods. It also has a section to make dog treats from dried foods. I think its a good book to own.

Good
This was a gift. I have not had any feedback, so I am guessing that they were happy to receive it along with a gifted dehydrator.

misleading title
The information that came with the dehydration machine had as much information as the book that was purchased. Don't waste your money.

Don't waste your money.
Lots of pretty pictures is about all I can say for this book. I tried a few recipes and didn't like them. There are better resources. I will be returning.
