[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wanna say overall very good product. A little bit goes a long way. It definitely works really good. I feel like it has a great shelf life. A nice shiny finish when the product is on it is very smooth. Glide very easily through hair. I definitely like this would recommend to anyone.

It's interesting this conditioner , actually all the conditioners in the doux line are just not suitable for low porosity hair , they are either too heavy like the one in the bee girl collection I tried that one both as a leave in conditioner and rinse out , I also tried the fresh rinse which made my hair feel dry after a rinse I used the mask in the bee girl collection . I also used the we want easy as a leave in following the directions . I'm finding that all the conditioners or leave in conditioners are just not suited for anyone with low porosity hair , but I love all the Doux products so much . I purchased everything the sell and it's unbelievable that how great majority of the products are that they fail with all of the conditioners atleast for my low porosity hair . I could never give any product they have less than a 4 , because you have to know everyone has different hair types , so what does not work for one will be great for another , but it's unbelievable that I can't find one conditioner from the doux that will give my low porosity hair a feel of moisture . I even sat under the dryer for the 5 minute deep conditioner in the was and go line and the mask in the bee line . I hope that one day they will find a conditioner that is as good as every shampoo they made for all hair types . Just so you know I tried each conditioner with their respected shampoo same result , dryness and hardness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells like grapes, pretty effective when applying heat teals to textured hair and seems to prevent heat damage after using blow dryer and flat iron.

I purchased the entire system....and love it! I have waist-length, fine curls that tangle easily. Since using doux products, I don't experience the tangles like I used to. this conditioner melts the tangles right out like nobody's business. I'm left with silky yet strong-feeling hair. I also love the smell! The only caveat is the pump bottle (which is the only reason I did not give it five stars). I pumped it at least 20 times and nothing came out. it seems too thick to come out of the pump. I finally tapped out and just unscrewed the top. I've used it twice so far and must settle on unscrewing the top off each time. Not going to be fun digging this product out as it gets low.

I purchased the heat prep conditioner today . The pump would not distribute the conditoner from the pump. I had to take off the lid to get it out. Please check on the thickness of the product. It is too thick to come out of the pump .

I used this product and I could not get the pump to work at all, I had to take the lid off to use the product. My scalp was irritated the next day. Not sure what product was the problem.
