The Fifth Element (Steelbook)

I knew I wanted to obtain 'The Fifth Element', in steelbox, for my guy who absolutely loves this movie. When 'The Fifth Element' was delivered, and due to other items that I have received from other vendors in the past, I am always thinking, 'I wonder what damage the item has and if I can live with that damage'. You see, we prefer our items to be in pristine condition when we get them, especially our collectibles. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to reject and return items that I have ordered from other vendors due to damage because of how they packaged these items. I have had to reject beautiful items, such as hardcover books, CDs, blu-rays, pictures, etc. I am speaking for myself when I say that, at times, I have been totally disappointed, sometimes heartbroken, with any damage to some things that I have ordered that I would consider special, something that I would display, books especially, but these movies in steelbook collections are beautiful, too. And, all of the damage to these items that I have received from other vendors would not have occurred if not for the flimsy, call it cheap, way these other vendors packaged these items. I will say, when I received 'The Fifth Element' steelbook movie that I ordered through Walmart, I noticed that it had been packaged with care, both on the outside and the inside of the box. And, the item was received in pristine condition! (And, it was way more cool looking than expected!) Thank you for all of that! Whatever you are doing, Walmart, in this area of your business, please keep doing it! Also, I can say with certainty, I will continue to order my items, collectibles or otherwise, through Walmart. Thank you to all of the team members who care for this part of the process... it is greatly appreciated! Also, I can tell you that I am not alone with this appreciation that is given to you all. Stellar team! Bravo!

Love that this got a reprint. Missed it the first time around. Great artwork and layout.

I thought the transfer was nice and filmic. Sony did a good job. Audio and video was near reference quality.

Fun Movie to watch more then once. The steelbook is nice just wish there was more to back art and something on the inside or on the disc art. This will be a movie i will always revisit.

The steelbook 4K dvd was good. It took a long time to arrive. Price was ok and I could have got it cheaper but I wanted the Fall out item also so thought I would just make one order. Like I said no confidence that the order will arrive or will it be cancelled last minute out of stock.

The steelbook was sent via folder package. Somewhere in transit, the steelbook got damaged in the corner. please box and bubble wrap steelbook dvds

have not received item yet, yet I'm being prompted to rate it as if it is delivered. I do not have this item

my copy has complete audio loss starting at about 2:45. when the audio comes back its distorted, in an echo chamber, and outta sync. this is unacceptable. my 4k panasonic player has never run into this issue before. this disc is trash, have to return it.
