a great quick workout
It targets all the areas and allows a complete workout in a short amount of time. My only complaint is it took several times to figure out some of the cardio moves.

Tough Half Hour
This is a short but tough workout! The time flies. It is very high impact with lots of jumping.

I was not happy with this work out, it is so fast paced and the routine changes so much it is very hard to keep up with.
