IT'S BEEN A WHILE
I absolutely love it! Instructors really explain what to do next, if you are not familiar with the step/move that is being performed, if you pause and listen you will get the step faster. They perform non-stop till the end with a pause to grab/change weights/stepper or whatever is being used. I also like that they have an instructor that you can follow if you are a beginner for modified moves, or instructor giving the class will perform the modified move herself and get back to routine. I personally found it very easy to follow. Right now I am doing my own pace so if instructor does 8 arm curls I do 4-6 for now. I feel super comfortable working out from home, I like it that I can set up my own schedule and workout anytime I want...because I ordered several DVD'S I am starting with the 30-40 min. first then I will slowly work myself up to do the 60 min. I am working on 2 cardio and 2 sculpt a week and loving it.

I do like this video. Easy to follow. definitely feel it working the muscles. Just FYI they use a pair of platform steps which I don't have but I adjusted.
