Nice consistent energy through the day
I experimented with a total of 7 patches, each worn for 7-12 hours, and unfortunately, I didn't observe a significant boost in energy. Additionally, the bulky nature of the patches didn't appeal to me, and I found that I prefer B12 in liquid or capsule form. It's a matter of personal preference, and while these patches may not have suited my needs, it's always worthwhile to explore various options to find what works best for individual preferences and lifestyles.
